Why Reflector & Co.

A dark-haired woman reflected in a mirror among flowers.

Many of us sense that something is shifting before we can find the language to name it.

Reflector & Co. is my evolving research and writing project about those in-between moments: changing identity, uncertain decisions and the stories we use to understand ourselves. It brings together my background in Human Resource Management and Public Relations with independent research, careful conversation and reflective writing.

This is not about giving you a new label or telling you what to do. It is about helping you hear your own thinking more clearly and find language for what matters now.

01

Curious

Led by thoughtful questions rather than fixed answers about who you should be.

02

Research-Informed

Relevant frameworks and sources are selected carefully, identified clearly and used in context.

03

Personal

Shaped around your language, lived experience and preferences—not a predetermined system.

What You Receive

A Thoughtful Space to Find the Words

The pilot turns one thoughtful conversation into a concise written reflection.

Tailored Research

Relevant frameworks selected after our conversation and shaped by your source preferences.

A Written Synthesis

A clear reflection of your language and themes, supported by carefully identified sources where relevant.

Questions to Carry

Three to five tailored questions or small experiments for the days that follow.

An Optional Follow-Up

A brief opportunity to discuss what resonated, clarify the synthesis and correct what did not fit.

The Reflector & Co. Approach
01 · Notice

What is changing?

Gather what is present: the transition, tensions, needs and questions asking for attention.

02 · Name

Find clearer language

Organise the story and reflect back themes, values, assumptions and contradictions.

03 · Navigate

Choose a next step

Identify clearer questions and one small, grounded next step you can make your own.

*This pilot is a reflective research and writing experience. It is not therapy, mental-health care, diagnosis, coaching accreditation or professional advice.

How It Works

A simple beginning-to-end process.

01

Get In Touch

Send me an email to express your interest. I will reply with the session details.

02

Reflect Together

We meet online for a 60-minute guided conversation and agree on your research preferences.

03

Research & Synthesise

I begin with what I observed, then research the questions and themes that emerged using the source preferences we agreed.

04

Receive & Revisit

You receive a written synthesis, clearly referenced research and tailored questions, with an optional brief follow-up.

*Pilot timing, availability and any future pricing will be confirmed before you commit. Getting in touch does not create an obligation to participate.

Your Research Preferences

The conversation comes first. I will not begin with a theory and fit your experience into it. Before researching, we will agree on the perspectives you are comfortable with—such as scientific research, literature and relevant books, philosophical or spiritual traditions, or a considered blend. You can also name anything you would prefer me not to use.

*Sources will be clearly identified and treated according to what they are. Spiritual and philosophical perspectives may support reflection, but they will not be presented as scientific evidence.
